ALBERT XU
Albert has 10+ years of practical experience on manufacturing and supply chain, equally split between industry and consulting. He has served clients from multiple industries in Greater China ranging from electronics, automotive, industrial, retail, pharmaceutical etc., and delivered concrete bottom line improvements. He is well experienced with operations improvement & transformations, performance turnarounds, due diligence and operations management for discrete manufacturing companies.
Albert was a member of McKinsey’s Greater China Operations team based in Shanghai before joining AlixPartners. He previously worked in Baker Hughes, an oil-field service company, as Lean Leader based in Singapore, championing manufacturing, digital and supply chain management process improvements.
Albert has a Master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) specializing in Supply Chain Management, and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Economics from National University of Singapore. He is bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
徐骁帆
徐骁帆在制造和供应链管理领域拥有十余年的实操经验。他曾为大中华区电子、汽车、工业、零售、制药等多个行业的客户提供服务，并实现了实质性的盈利改善。他在离散制造公司的运营改进和转型、绩效周转、尽职调查和运营管理方面拥有丰富的经验。
在加入艾睿铂之前，徐骁帆是麦肯锡大中华区运营团队的成员（常驻上海）。他此前曾在油气服务公司贝克休斯工作，担任新加坡的精益领导者，管理制造、数字和供应链管理流程改进项目。
徐骁帆拥有麻省理工学院 (MIT) 供应链管理硕士学位，以及新加坡国立大学工业与系统工程和经济学学士双学位。他能用英语和普通话沟通。
