Una has more than 18 years of experiences in debt & capital advisory, business turnaround / restructuring, corporate finance, and transaction advisory.
She has led on numerous business turnarounds, debt restructuring and refinancing, and special situation investments. She worked closely with both corporate and major banking and institutional clients, including most licensing banks and international financiers in Hong Kong and Western markets, to advise on cross-border restructuring and debt recovery strategies with the China elements and provides practical and commercial advice for establishing and implementing debt solutions to complex problems and dispute. She is knowledgeable in navigating all the steps of the restructuring process, from the introduction of white knight, capital reorganisation and the formation and implementation of scheme of arrangement.
She has a very good understanding of business practices in China and has been able to design suitable strategies for international stakeholders, who have found it unique and valuable. She can often serve as the bridge for large-scale cross-border debt financing or loan recovery.
Her unique exposures of both corporate finance and restructuring engagements enable her to leverage the capital market and create solutions to preserve and maximize the value of the business.
